•  Product Details, Inventory, and Prices

We make every effort to accurately display product colors on the online store; however, the colors you see depend primarily on your screen settings, which are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee the exact color settings on your screen. Additionally, natural products may have slight variations in color and shape compared to the images displayed on the online store (e.g., natural stones).

The online store cannot provide you with individual product prices or know the total cost of a product or service until you complete your electronic order. If a product or service invoice is requested and issued with an incorrect price or incorrect information due to an error in recording the correct price or product/service information, the online store has the right to either contact you to clarify this error and how to handle it or cancel your order and notify you of this cancellation, even if your order was accepted and followed up electronically.

•  Shipping, Delivery, and Receipt

We aim to serve you in a way that meets your expectations for providing this service. Therefore, we hope you provide us with a clear address to ensure quick delivery. The address must include the building or villa number, apartment number, street name, and city, along with a phone number and the name of the concerned person, according to the attached form before submitting your order. You must carefully confirm the product specifications and agree to comply with the sales terms outlined above.

The home delivery service is provided through several shipping companies and is a “door-to-door” service in most cases; however, we apologize for not applying this service in some cases due to limited shipping companies or certain local regulations.

If the shipping company fails to deliver your order due to an error (including but not limited to incorrect address writing, incorrect name or phone number, or difficulty accessing the address), the customer is required to pick up the order from the nearest shipping office to their address. If the customer does not pick up the order, it will be considered canceled, and the customer will bear the full shipping costs.

• Payment

The online store offers the possibility to purchase products through the store (online) and pay the required amount via the internet according to the available shipping and delivery service.

For online payment: We accept payment by credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only) and the Mada service, and we always strive to facilitate your shopping experience on our online store.

In the case of online payment, the customer will receive a notification on the screen as soon as the payment is accepted. We bear no responsibility if the payment is declined or canceled by the credit card service provider for any reason. In this case, you should check with the bank providing the credit card service regarding the reason for the decline.

We do not store your credit card information on the online store. All information and details you enter through the electronic payment gateway are encrypted for security purposes.

We do not provide any payment information processed through the store to other companies or individuals unless requested by a legal official authority.

You must ensure that the information related to your credit card used for electronic service payments is accurate and valid, and you must use a credit card legally belonging to you. Your personal information will not be used or shared by electronic services with any third party, except for verifying the legitimacy of the information and preventing fraud or when required by law or legal regulations or upon court order.

The online payment service through the store is not responsible for credit card fraud. The customer bears all responsibilities for using fraudulent credit cards and will be fully responsible for proving otherwise.

If we are unable to provide the order or part of it, we will inform you directly, and a full or partial refund will be made to the credit card used for the payment within 20 business days.
