Exchange & Refund

Refunds:

  • We accept returns for a full refund within 48 hours if the item is defected or you received a wrong item that is different from what you have ordered.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
  • We do not offer refunds on personalized items.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  1. What types of leather do you use?
  • We use only high-quality premium genuine leather that is extracted from organic cow skin sourced from one of the biggest tanneries in Egypt, Our leather is durable and develops a beautiful patina over time.
  1. How is your leather processed?
  • Our leather goes through several key steps, including dying where the leather is treated with various dyes & pigments to achieve the desired color. Then comes the finishing process where it includes applying protective coatings to create the final appearance. Provided that the leather bag is cared as per THE BAG MAKER care instructions, the color of the leather should remain stable and not fade or change significantly over time.
  • Our leather goes through a careful tanning and finishing process to ensure it is long-lasting and retains its natural texture and character. We use environmentally-friendly techniques to minimize our impact.
  1. On which items can I add my initials?
  • You can request to personalize your briefcase, cardholders & wallets by adding your initials. The initials are carefully crafted and embedded into the leather, creating a unique and customized piece .
  1. Can I include a personalized gift message with my order ?

     5.How do I care for my leather bag?

  • To keep your bag looking its best, we recommend regular cleaning with a polish and leather conditioner. Store your bag in the provided dust bag .Avoid exposing the leather to excessive moisture, direct sunlight, alcohols, wipes, perfumes and any detergents .

The address must include the building or villa number, apartment number, street name, and city, along with a phone number and the name of the concerned person, according to the attached form before submitting your order. You must carefully confirm the product specifications and agree to comply with the sales terms outlined above.

The home delivery service is provided through several shipping companies and is a “door-to-door” service in most cases; however, we apologize for not applying this service in some cases due to limited shipping companies or certain local regulations.

If the shipping company fails to deliver your order due to an error (including but not limited to incorrect address writing, incorrect name or phone number, or difficulty accessing the address), the customer is required to pick up the order from the nearest shipping office to their address. If the customer does not pick up the order, it will be considered canceled, and the customer will bear the full shipping costs.
  • Payment

The online store offers the possibility to purchase products through the store (online) and pay the required amount via the internet according to the available shipping and delivery service.

For online payment: We accept payment by credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only) and the Mada service, and we always strive to facilitate your shopping experience on our online store.

In the case of online payment, the customer will receive a notification on the screen as soon as the payment is accepted. We bear no responsibility if the payment is declined or canceled by the credit card service provider for any reason. In this case, you should check with the bank providing the credit card service regarding the reason for the decline.

We do not store your credit card information on the online store. All information and details you enter through the electronic payment gateway are encrypted for security purposes.

We do not provide any payment information processed through the store to other companies or individuals unless requested by a legal official authority.
